Tangerines!  Instead of  satisfying your late night cravings with expensive raw food munchies or a bag of potato chips, try sitting in front of the television and eating a bagful of delicious, sweet tangerines.  Instead of ripping open a packaged product, try ripping open a tangerine and experience mother nature at her best: the fresh aroma of citrus. Citrus fruits are one of the best mucus dissolvers known to mankind.

  1. This week I feel I have discouraged an oncoming cold by dining solely on oranges and grapefruit. They are so very delicious and effective.
